Connect your mail app
Use these settings in any IMAP-capable app (the first four fields are the same for every mailbox):
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Incoming (IMAP) server | mail.numail.app, port 993, SSL/TLS |
| Outgoing (SMTP) server | mail.numail.app, port 465, SSL/TLS |
| Username | your full address, e.g. alice@yourcompany.com |
| Password | the mailbox password from the portal |
iPhone/iPad/Mac: easiest is the setup profile — in the portal, open your domain, expand the mailbox, and tap Apple setup (also linked on the page that shows a new mailbox's password). Open the downloaded profile (iOS: Settings → Profile Downloaded), install it, and enter the mailbox password when asked. The profile contains no password — it only pre-fills the servers. Manual alternative: Settings → Apps → Mail → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Mail Account, then use the table above.
Android (Gmail app): Settings → Add account → Other → enter address → Manual setup → Personal (IMAP) → use the table above.
Outlook (Windows/Mac): Add account → enter address → choose IMAP when asked → use the table above.
Thunderbird: auto-detects the settings from your address in most cases; confirm ports 993/465 SSL.
