Billing & mailbox management

Everything lives in the portal — sign in with your account email (we email you a link; there's no password).

• Add/remove mailboxes any time. Your subscription quantity updates immediately with prorated billing — remove a mailbox mid-month and the unused time is credited.
• No minimum — start with a single mailbox ($2/mo) and add more whenever you need them.
• Cards & invoices — "Billing & invoices" opens the Stripe portal for card changes, invoice history, and cancellation.
• Failed payments — we retry automatically and email you. If payment ultimately fails, service is suspended: sign-in stops working but incoming mail keeps being stored for 30 days, so fixing your card restores everything with nothing lost.
• Deleting a mailbox is permanent — its mail is removed from the server. Export anything you need first (IMAP or webmail download).
