Getting started

Three steps from signup to receiving mail:

1. Choose your mailbox count on the pricing page and check out. You'll get a sign-in link by email.
2. Add your domain in the portal and paste the six DNS records the wizard shows you into your DNS provider (the place you bought your domain — GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Exabytes…). Hit Verify — the wizard checks each record live.
3. Create mailboxes. Each mailbox gets a generated password shown once. Sign in at webmail.numail.app or connect any mail app.

Most domains verify within minutes; DNS can occasionally take up to an hour to propagate. The wizard re-checks pending domains hourly and activates them automatically.
